At Active Replica, we build virtual 3D spaces for communities and teams. We believe that creating vibrant social spaces is foundational to the future of human connection. As an art director, you will be responsible for leading the 3D production team, shipping cutting-edge virtual environments and exploring how people connect in these persistent worlds.

- 5+ years of experience in video games, mobile, immersive (AR/VR), or multiplayer experiences.

- History of leading 3D production teams and shipping apps or experiences.

- Background in creating and optimizing assets for mobile, web, or realtime engines.

- Remote-first approach to leadership and communication

In this role, you'll be in charge of leading the production team building customized virtual environments. This is an opportunity to define the direction of a wide range of virtual spaces and to manage projects through the entire production pipeline. You’ll be working with and coordinating a cross-functional team of 3D modelers, artists and technicians.
